Obituary for Kevin Frank Latham
Kevin Frank Latham, 55, of Mount Carmel, Illinois, passed away on Tuesday, July 5, 2022 at Gibson General Hospital in Princeton, Indiana. He was born on October 5, 1966 in Mount Carmel, Illinois, the son of Frank and Hazel (Smallwood) Latham.
Kevin treasured time with his family and made it his top priority to never miss his grandchildren’s sporting events. He was a dedicated and hard worker where he spent over twenty years as a team member at Toyota Boshoku. Among Kevin’s hobbies he enjoyed corvettes, motorcycles and building model cars. Kevin also loved listening to rock and roll music He was very handy and could fix anything. Kevin will be missed by his family and friends.
Kevin will be remembered by his daughter, Neka Williams and husband, Lance of Owensville, Indiana; grandchildren, Dane Williams, Carter Williams and a third grandchild on the way; brothers, Bob (Sally) Latham and Richard (Doris) Latham; many loved nieces and nephews.
Kevin was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Loretta Marler; brothers, Raymond Latham, Rodger and Richard Eckiss.
Family and friends are invited to gather for a Visitation from 6:00 p.m.- 8:00 p.m., Monday, July 11, 2022 in the Chapel of Keepes Funeral Home.
Funeral Services will be 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, July 12, 2022 in the Chapel of Keepes Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Harrison Cemetery in Lancaster, Illinois.
Memorial contributions may be made in Kevin’s memory to the Lunch Wagon. Envelopes will be at the funeral home or can be mailed to Keepes Funeral Home, 1500 North Cherry Street, Mount Carmel, IL 62863.
