Obituary for Billy W. Foster
Billy W. Foster, 74, of Mount Carmel, IL passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 16, 2017 at Wabash General Hospital in Mount Carmel. He was born on March 20, 1943 in Slaughters, KY the son of William and Mertie (Mesker) Foster. He married Rayetta Parker on June 25, 1996 and together they enjoyed twenty years of marriage.
Billy loved spending time at the river even though he couldn't swim a lick. He loved to go fishing and share fishing stories with his friends. He was always having fun and teasing those around him. He was very fond of his animals especially his grand pups, Athena and Zeus. Billy will be missed by his family and all who knew him.
Billy will be remembered by his loving wife, Rayetta Foster of Mount Carmel; son, Darin (Toni Whitehouse) Parker of Mount Carmel; daughter, Lonna ( Greg) Holmes of Mount Carmel; extended family, Rebecca (Charles) Doan of Mount Carmel and Pete (Jammie) Hall of FL; grandchildren, James (Lorrie) Trottier, Chris Holmes, Nikki (Scott) Horn, Bob Trottier, Brandi (Juan Campos) Trottier and Belinda Trottier; great grandchildren, Chloe (Coco) Trottier, Shantaya Donaldson, Bryen Horn and Skylynn along with many more step grandchildren; and great great grandchildren; brothers, Curtis Foster of KY; two sisters, JoAnn Forker and Louise Hubbard both of KY; and many loved cousins, nieces and nephews.
Billy was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Revina, Dorothy, Lois and Geneva; brothers, Preston, Bob and an infant brother.
A Memorial Visitation will be held to celebrate the life of Billy from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., Saturday, April 22, 2017 in the Chapel of Keepes Funeral Home, 1500 N. Cherry Street, Mount Carmel, IL 62863.
