Obituary for Barry J. "Joe" Randall
Barry J. “Joe” Randall, 54, of Mount Carmel, Illinois, passed away Wednesday, June 23, 2021, at Wabash General Hospital, surrounded by the love of his family.  He was born on September 28, 1966, in Carmi, Illinois, the son of William and Joretta (Bird) Randall.  He married Patricia Stoops on October 30, 1992, and she survives. Joe faithfully served his country in the United States Army for eighteen years.  He worked as a truck driver and greatly enjoyed that job.  Joe was a kind man.  He was always willing to help others in need.  In his spare time, he enjoyed woodworking. Joe attended St. John’s Episcopal Church.  He had a great sense of humor, loved his family, and will be dearly missed by family and friends.   Joe leaves behind his loving wife of twenty-eight years, Patty; sons, Timothy Berberich, Matthew Berberich; grandchildren, Quentin Boyd, Braydon Berberich, Katlyn Berberich, Evan Berberich, Logan Berberich, Brynlynn Pierce, and Aubriella Berberich; brothers, James (Bonnie) Randall, John (Renee) Randall, Darrell Randall; several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Joe was preceded in death by his parents. In keeping with Joe’s wishes, cremation will take place and a Memorial Service will be held at a later date.   Memorial contributions may be made in Joe’s memory to Keepes Funeral Home to help the family with final expenses.  Contributions may be mailed to Keepes Funeral Home, 1500 North Cherry St., Mt.
